To: All Transwestern Customers

Subject: Force Majeure - Station 5 Compressor Station (Thoreau, NM).

Reason: Station 5 has experienced a mechanical failure.

This Force Majeure event will affect receipt volumes flowing west through Station 5 Thoreau, NM - (East Mainline receipts coming from the West Texas and Panhandle Laterals).

Gas Day August 15, 2025

Total capacity for Station 5 receipt volumes (west flow) will be reduced from 750,000 MMBtu/d to approximately 720,000 MMBtu/d.

Gas Day August 26, 2025

Total capacity for Station 5 receipt volumes (west flow) will increase from 720,000 MMBtu/d to 750,000 MMBtu/d.
