This System Protection Warning (SPW) is being issued by MRT and shall constitute notice of Force Majeure due to unplanned maintenance on one of the units at MRT’s Fountain Hill Compressor Station located in Ashley County, Arkansas. This will result in a southbound capacity loss of 70,000 Dth/D through the station.

The unplanned maintenance on the Fountain Hill Compressor Station will begin April 24^th, 2025, beginning at 09:00 and will continue until further notice.  During this time, nominations and allocations to delivery points located south of MRT’s Fountain Hill compressor station will be subject to the following criteria:

·         Nominations and allocations will need to be within their primary path and primary direction of flow.

·         Nominations and allocations will not be allowed to exceed their Line Priority, Rate Zone Capacity or Line Capacity.

·         Daily activity resulting in long positions may not be allowed during this period.

·         Make up of short positions may not be allowed during this period.

Based on current nominations, MRT does anticipate impacts to Interruptible and out of path secondary firm services.

Should the maintenance extend beyond April 30^th, 2025, Firm Storage Shippers who do not hold Primary Firm transportation southbound through Fountain Hill will need to plan on supplying injections from receipt points south of Fountain Hill beginning May 1^st, 2025.

This System Protection Warning (SPW) will remain in effect until further notice and will be updated as more information becomes available.
