such e-mail addresses, as necessary, and for notifying the Releasing Shipper
of such updates and MRT shall have no liability or responsibility for
Replacement Shipper's failure to provide updated recall information.
Updated recall notification information, including the effective date of
such new information, must be provided to MRT in writing or electronically
via the Internet as specified by MRT. MRT has no obligation to provide
notification until Replacement Shipper provides an Internet e-mail address
for that purpose.

This release is in accordance with the Asset Management
Agreement between Releasing Shipper who will release
assets to Replacement Shipper in accordance with the
capacity release regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission (FERC) and the tariff requirements of
Transporter. The release shall be in the form of a non-
biddable, pre-arranged release that conforms to the FERC's
capacity release regulations in all respects. Asset Manager
will be obligated to receive from or deliver to customer up to
100% of the Maximum Daily Quantity under the Firm
Transportation Agreement(s) on any day during the term of
the Asset Manager Agreement.

Transportation Service Agreement
The award terms and conditions, together with the Service Agreement
described above, shall constitute the terms and conditions of service
for the release.
For purposes of the form Service Agreements, the award terms shown above

'Effective date'; 'Contract End Date' shall mean 'Primary Term End Date';
